Sessions cost $300.

I can provide you with a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement.  I am not participating as an in-network provider with any insurance panels at this time.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments or the session must be paid for in full.

I accept most out-of-network insurance. If you are unsure if you have out-of-network insurance, you can call member services and ask.

If you wish to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, I will provide you with a detailed bill with all of the required information on it.  I am also happy to call your insurance provider for you if this just seems too complicated.

Does my insurance require that I have preauthorization prior to sessions with a therapist? (If so, it is your responsibility to have that information prior to our first session).
